If you want the chance to grow within a company or if you just want somewhere cool to work, then we want to talk to you. We will have a more organized campaign at some point in late December and early January but we want to hear from you now. We are looking to fill the following positions:

Barista (in training) – Your primary role will be to make coffee drinks and to possibly spend some time in the kitchen (anyone, in any position, will fulfill these roles in our company). You don’t necessarily need experience making coffee drinks, but we’d prefer that you enjoy drinking what you make. We are interested in both part-time and full-time positions and are looking for passionate people who enjoy what they’re doing. We are in the process of developing a program where all of our folks can get an official “Barista” title. The pay range for this position starts at $7.50/hr.

Assistant Manager – Sorry that we can’t come up with a catchier job title for this position, but we’re looking for two or three people who can take on more responsibility than our Barista (in training). This is a fulltime position and, on top of pouring coffee and helping in the kitchen, you’ll be expected to open and close the store, as well as work with scheduling and some daily reporting. Base pay for this position begins at $10/hr and there will be the chance for incentive pay.

Manager – This person is responsible for all aspects of running the store. This position is a salaried one and will have incentives to strive for.
